Explanation:
the
first column shows the drug to be analysed; the second column shows the lowest
limit of quantitation the method of analysis of the participant has to meet and
the third column shows the maximally allowed deviation from the theoretical
value which is considered a ´good´ (OK) analytical result. Reported values
outside the 80 – 120% area are considered as ´poor´ (not OK).
When the theoretical value is below
the value in the second column the criteria for OK is 70-130%.
A certificate is obtained
when at least 3 out of 4 results for each analyte are considered as ´good´.
For amprenavir, darunavir, etravirine, raltegravir and ribavirine both results
must be OK.
